The staff was very friendly and got me in and out fast. They replaced my purge valve quickly and efficiently. This was my first experience with Precision but it won't be my last. The price was reasonable and I will return in the future. The woman at the front desk was wonderful! 🏆

Excellent communication!!! Every time I take my care to Precision (the one on Martintown Rd), I'm treated with respect and told what to expect. They tell me what testing needs to be done, what repairs may be needed, and how long it might be before they call me with an estimate. I always get my car back the same day. Their staff is friendly, too. I've been taking my car there for years.

I have used this shop at least 5-7 times now for minor to moderate repairs over the past several years. I find the prices reasonable and I have always been satisfied with their work. I much prefer to come here over the drive through oil change places because the same staff has been there for as long as I can remember and I have a lot more confidence they are going to do a good job. I highly recommend trying this shop for work as small as oil changes all the way up to suspension rebuilds. They are easy to communicate with, friendly and have earned my repeat business.
